This Philadelphia Eagles 1960-style throwback complete uniform was worn by Assante Samuel during the September 12, 2010, games vs. the Green Bay Packers. The Kelly green home jersey comes with an LOA from the Philadelphia Eagles which "certifies that this 1960 Kelly Green Throwback jersey was worn by #22 Assante Samuel during the 2010 National Football League regular season." In addition, the LOA mentions the jersey is "registered into the MeiGray system as No. MGG0009984" and a "MeiGray Game Worn Authentication Program" patch is stitched inside the lower front tail.
