Long after his passing, Hall of Fame legend Ted Williams remains the single most influential friend to the Jimmy Fund, a Boston-based pediatric cancer research program which has raised more than $750 million since its founding in 1948. This group includes membership cards distributed as tokens of appreciation to supporters. Each has a photo of Williams and a message of thanks. From the 1950s and 1960s, some feature the original string and hand-written names. One is faded, creased and shows tape residue but the others are EX. A tremendous group of scarcely seen ephemera items for your Ted Williams collection.
