Selected 10th overall in the 2017 NFL Draft by the Kansas City Chiefs, quarterback Patrick Mahomes had a breakout season in 2018 after taking over for the departed Alex Smith. Mahomes earned his first Pro Bowl selection and his 50 touchdown passes led the NFL.
