Whether as a starter or reliever, Joba Chamberlain has proven to be one of the more reliable arms for the New York Yankees since 2007, even helping the team to a World Series title in 2009.
This game used 2012 New York Yankees playoff hat comes from a postseason that saw Joba Chamberlain appear in four games without allowing a run. The New Era hat features Chamberlain’s number “62” written in black marker on the inside front right panel of the item. Three tags are stitched on the inside back portion of the hat: a “MLB Authentic Collection” tag, a “NEW ERA” manufacturer’s tag and “LOW PROFILE 7 1/8” tag, indicating size. The front of the navy blue hat features the traditional white “NY” Yankees logo, while the left side features a felt “2012 POSTSEASON” logo patch and the back boasts the official MLB logo patch.
