The ultimate collectible for sneaker enthusiasts, each pair of sneakers is hand-signed by the Hall of Famer Jordan himself and is limited to 23. Jordan, who first rose to fame when he won the 1985 NBA Rookie of the Year, dazzled crowds with his aerial acrobatics when he won two consecutive Slam Dunk Championships during the 1980s and launched a sneaker brand that revolutionized sneaker collecting. Jordan’s athleticism changed the game of basketball, and his six NBA Finals MVP Awards are still a record. Jordan won 10 NBA scoring titles, six NBA titles, and was named to nine NBA All-Defensive Teams during a 15-year career that still impacts and influences generations of NBA superstars.

Presented here are a pair of Michael Jordan “23” signed sneakers from the “Legacy Collection” and are #01/23 with only 23 examples in existence, and were purchased directly from Nike. The suede sneakers feature a black and red colorway with the “JUMPMAN” logo appearing on the black toe cap of each sneaker. The “JUMPMAN” logo is embroidered in silver on the black suede lace guard. The number “23” is embroidered in silver on the top of the lace guard that is attached with silver clamps. The sneakers feature red fabric on the inside and red plastic mudguard. The sneaker features vents on the lateral sides of the high top with silver mesh. The heels of each sneaker are labeled “JORDAN” in red plastic. The soles are red plastic with rubber sole inlays and feature a “JUMPMAN” logo in gold on the midsole. Jordan signed the lateral side of the toe box with a silver metallic paint pen. The number “23/23” denoting the limited-edition of the sneakers appears on the lateral side of the toe box and was inscribed with a silver metallic paint pen. The sneakers come with a suede bag labeled “UPPER DECK AUTHENTICATED MEMORABILIA” in silver.
