Presented in this lot are a collection of five photographs signed by National Baseball Hall of Fame members Sandy Koufax, Mickey Mantle, Hank Aaron, Ernie Banks, and Don Drysdale. The first item in this lot is a photo of Hall of Fame infielder Ernie Banks in a 13 x 11-inch blue matte. The 14-time All-Star selection played all 18 seasons in the MLB with the Chicago Cubs and was a two-time National League MVP and twice led the NL in home runs and RBI. Banks gained entry into Cooperstown in 1977 on the first ballot. The presented photo features Banks in his Cubs uniform holding a bat while standing on the field. Banks signed the photo with a black marker. The signature is bold and the photo is in great condition. The signed photo comes with two MLB Authenticated holograms (DB390971954) (MT 00681091) and a COA from Steiner Sports.

The second item in this lot is an 8 x 10-inch photo of Hall of Fame pitcher Don Drysdale. The right-handed Drysdale was one of the most dominant pitchers during the 1950s and 1960s, winning the 1962 Cy Young Award. The nine-time All-Star won three World Series titles and was a three-time MLB strikeout leader, the MLB wins leader in 1962, and played the entirety of his 14-year MLB career with the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers. Known for brushing hitters back off the plate, Drysdale pitched a record six consecutive shutouts in 1968, going scoreless in 58 2/3 innings. The presented photo features a young Drysdale in a white Dodgers uniform in a pensive posture as if to gauge a batter. Drysdale signed the photo with a black marker. The signature features some fading and the photo is in excellent condition. The 8x10 photo signed by Don Drysdale comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA

The third item in this lot is a 22 x 18-inch photo of Hall of Fame legend Mickey Mantle. Mantle is a New York Yankees legend, Mantle won seven World Series titles and was a three-time AL MVP known as one of the greatest offensive threats and switch hitters in MLB history. Mantle was a four-time AL home run leader and earned Triple Crown honors in 1956. Mantle entered Cooperstown in 1974 on the first ballot. The photo rests upon a white matte and features Mantle greeted by teammates as he crosses home plate. Mantle, who owns the MLB record for most World Series home runs with 18, signed and inscribed “18 W.S. HR’s” on the bottom of the photo with a black marker. The signature is bold and the matte features elements of cornering. The 22 x 18-inch matted photo of Mantle comes with a COA from Steiner Sports.

The fourth item in this lot is an illustrated image of Hall of Fame slugger Hank Aaron that rests inside a 11 3/8 x 15-inch white matte. Aaron was a prolific home run hitter who surpassed Babe Ruth’s record of 714 home runs in 1974 and finished with a career total of 755. His 2,297 RBI, 6,856 total bases, and 1,477 extra-base hits are MLB records that stand to this day. Aaron played the majority of his 23 seasons with the Milwaukee/Atlanta Braves where the famed slugger was named the National League MVP in 1957. The two-time NL batting champion was a four-time NL RBI and Home run leader and entered Cooperstown on the first ballot in 1982. The presented illustration drawn by and signed by Arthur Miller on the bottom right corner is a limited edition 69/150 and features Aaron in a batting pose, his noted poker face richly detailed. Aaron signed the illustration with a black marker. The illustration is bold, as is the signature, and comes with a COA from Steiner Sports.

The fifth item in this lot is a photo of Hall of Fame pitcher Sandy Koufax. One of the most legendary pitchers in MLB history, the left-handed Koufax was such a dominant pitcher that Hall of Fame Slugger Willie Stargell once remarked “Trying to hit Sandy Koufax is like trying to eat soup with a fork.” The three-time Cy Young winner was a seven-time All-Star who won four World Series titles and two World Series MVP awards during his 12-year career with the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers. Koufax pitched four no-hitters, including a perfect game, and led the MLB in strikeouts four times. The presented photo features Koufax on the mound after releasing a pitch. The scoreboard features prominently in the background as the ball is visible en route to home plate. Koufax signed the 14 x 12-inch photo on a white matte with a silver metallic paint pen. The entire lot of five photos signed by Hall of Famers Mantle, Aaron, Drysdale, Koufax, and Banks comes pre-certified by Beckett Authentication.
