Two of the greatest athletes in professional sports, Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre and Hall of Fame shortstop Cal Ripken Jr. signed this 34-inch black Rawlings Big Stick bat. Nicknamed “The Iron Man” for his Major League Baseball record of 2,362 consecutive MLB games, Ripken Jr. played 21 seasons for the Baltimore Orioles was named the AL MVP twice and was selected to 19 All-Star Games. The 1982 American League Rookie of the Year won his only World Series title in 1983 and earned eight Silver Slugger Awards. Favre dominated the NFL during the 1990s and is the only player in National Football League history to earn three consecutive NFL MVP Awards. Known for his longevity, Favre holds the NFL record for most consecutive starts and the was named to 11 Pro Bowls, led the NFL in passing touchdowns four times and was the NFL passing yards leader twice during his 20 seasons. Favre played the majority of his 20 seasons with the Green Bay Packers, and led the team to victory in Super Bowl XXXI. Both Hall of Famers are known for their grit and toughness, and their long careers are a testament to their competitive spirit.

Presented here is a 34-inch black Rawlings “Big Stick” bat signed by Ripken Jr. and Favre. “RAWLINGS” is stamped on the barrel of the bat in silver. “BIG STICK” appears at the top of the barrel of the bat in silver. “BRETT FAVRE/CAL RIPKEN PROFESSIONAL MODEL 17/48 SPORTS IRONMEN” is stamped in silver on the top of the barrel. Favre signed and inscribed the number “4” on the barrel of the bat with a silver metallic paint pen. Ripken signed and inscribed the number “#8” on the barrel of the bat with a silver metallic paint pen. The signatures are bold and feature no elements of bleeding.
