Considered the greatest undrafted player in National Football League history, Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner is the only undrafted NFL player to be named NFL MVP and Super Bowl MVP. The first undrafted player to win the Super Bowl, Warner was also the first quarterback in NFL history to lead this team to a Super Bowl victory during his first season as a starter. After playing for the Arena Football League, Warner earned a spot on the St. Louis Rams roster in 1998. Thrust into the starting role after Trent Green was injured, Warner led “The Greatest Show on Turf” Rams teams that consisted of Hall of Fame running back Marshall Faulk and Hall of Fame wide receiver Isaac Bruce and led the Rams to victory over the Tennessee Titans in Super Bowl XXXIV. Warner was awarded the Super Bowl MVP for his performance in the nail-biting game. Warner led the Rams to another Super Bowl appearance, losing to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XXXVI. Warner was the 2001 NFL passing leader, a two-time NFL passing touchdowns leader, and a four-time Pro Bowl selection over 12 seasons.
This presented item is a 36 x 44-inch framed display featuring a photo collage and a St. Louis Rams road jersey signed by Pro Football Hall of Famer Kurt Warner. The collage rests upon a blue matte with gold trim and features “St. Louis Rams” helmet images adorned on the top corners of the display. Two photographs of Warner in action adorn the bottom corners of the display. “RAMS” is labeled in gold raised lettering across the bottom of the display. The jersey in the display is a white mesh pullover jersey that features the number “13” on the back and the sleeves of the jersey in blue tackle twill. “WARNER” appears across the back of the jersey in blue tackle twill on a matching white nameplate. Warner signed the number “1” on the jersey with a silver metallic paint pen. The framed display featuring images of Warner and a St. Louis Rams road jersey signed by Warner come with a STICKER ONLY from Warner and a COA from JSA (T26654).
