This lot includes a pair of rare never-used Air Jordan Retro 1 Sports Illustrated "A Star is Born" model sneakers (size 13, which is Michael Jordan's actual shoe size!) that were inspired by the Sports Illustrated cover of Michael Jordan against the Milwaukee Bucks. The color of the Nike swoosh on the sneakers is similar to the Bucks uniform colors on their jerseys. This lot includes the high top basketball shoes as well as an original, high-quality, 1984 Sports Illustrated magazine that includes Jordan on the cover and was the inspiration for these collectible Jordan limited edition sneakers.
