There is a chase element to 1997-98 Bowman’s Best Basketball with collectors on the hunt for rare Atomic Refractors including those of Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant. Key rookies include Tim Duncan and Tracy McGrady. The box is sealed in the factory packaging with the Topps logo stamped on the shrink wrap.
