Graded NM+ 7.5 by SGC. Hall of Famer, in his Rookie Card appearance. This superb example has fully thwarted all of the 1958 Topps set's built-in condition liabilities. Centering is extraordinary for that difficult issue, and the matte-red background color on the reverse has come through with seldom-seen freshness. The likeness of the Canton-enshrined running back displays nice resolution, and its surrounding borders and corners are bright and barely touched. An important and aesthetically satisfying piece, in Near Mint-plus condition.
