Graded GEM MT 10 by PSA. A stellar LeBron James Rookie Card, this historic Upper Deck “Exquisite Collection” Autograph Patches collectible is a worthy celebration of James’ monumental first season in the NBA. James, the first overall selection in the 2003 NBA Draft, entered the Association with deafening hype. As a four-time NBA Most Valuable Player, four-time NBA Finals champion, and one of three players to eclipse the 35,000-point mark for his career, James has destroyed those expectations like he has destroyed his NBA competition for the past two decades. This incredible card boasts a multicolored game-used patch on its front, as well as a sublime blue ink signature by the future Hall of Famer. James added his iconic number “23” to his signature.
A statement on the card’s back by Upper Deck attests to the authenticity of the signature and relic component, and serves as the item’s COA. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered “063/100.” Of the 11 examples currently in PSA’s population report, this card is one of three graded at its tier, with none graded higher. A historic rookie card, in transcendent Gem Mint condition.
