This is a scarcely seen 22-inch mini bat appearing to be members of the 1938 American League All Star team. The dark brown bat incudes 17 names, many which are very lightly engraved and missing most of the gold stampings. Names include: Lou Gehrig (on sweet spot to the right of label), Joe McCarthy, Roger Cramer, Rick Ferrell, Buddy Lewis, Bob Johnson, Joe DiMaggio, "Hank" Greenberg, Cecil Travis, Joe Cronin, Jimmie Foxx, Rudolph York, Charlie Gehringer, Red Rolfe, Bill Dickey, Earl Averill and Mike Kreevich. Dated to 1938 as this was the sole All Star appearance for the well known Mr. Kreevich. All Star team mini bats are very scarce. Grades Excellent overall with light stampings.
