The former Lower Merion High School state champion made the first of his 18 All-Star teams in 1997-98, averaging a solid 15.4 points per game as the sixth man for the 61-21 Los Angeles Lakers. A career 25.0 points per game scorer, Bryant ended his career with an emotional 60-point night against the Utah Jazz in the 1,346th and final regular season game of his career and was elected to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2020.
