LeBron James' career took a circuitous turn when he returned to the Cleveland Cavaliers after playing for the Miami Heat for four seasons after his controversial departure from the Cavaliers in 2010. James would win two NBA titles with the Heat, something that eluded him during his tenure in Cleveland. James’ return to Cleveland in 2014, after his contract with the Heat expired, saw him win an NBA title with Cleveland, breaking their 52-year championship drought in 2016. James would lead the Cavaliers to their third-consecutive NBA Finals during the 2016-2017 season, with the Cavaliers losing to the Golden State Warriors in five games.
