Modeled after the jerseys worn by the Minneapolis Lakers in the 1960 NBA All-Star Game, this Reebok size-54 powder blue Lakers jersey with white trim was worn by perennial NBA All-Star Kobe Bryant during one of the five throwback games played by the L.A. Lakers during the 2004-2005 NBA season. Satin finish jersey has "LAKERS", Bryant’s number "8" and four stars sewn on the front in white tackle twill. NBA logo patch is also sewn to upper left front. His name "BRYANT" and number "8" are sewn onto the reverse. Jersey shows light-to-moderate wear. NBA Authentic/Reebok Team Apparel manufacturers label with “2004-2005”, “Length +4” and “54” tags attached as well as Hardwood Classics “1959-1960” label strip are attached on left front tail. This item comes with full D.C. Sports Collectibles LOA. This is a very scarce jersey type worn by one of the greatest players of his generation, all in a tribute of those who stepped before him.
