The 1921 W551 baseball card set includes 10 cards, measuring approximately 1-3/8” x 3-1/4”. The unnumbered, blank backed cards were printed in strips, with each front revealing a color drawing of the player. The player’s name and team name are printed in the bottom margin. Offered is the Ty Cobb from this seldom seen issue. This example has moderate toning to the front, light back staining and moderate creasing throughout. Interesting how this Cobb image clearly shows his hand separated batting grip. PSA Graded AUTHENTIC.
