Upper Deck absolutely changed the industry with its innovations, and was the first major-licensed company to add pieces of jerseys to trading cards back in the mid-1990s. Here is one Michael Jordan’s earliest memorabilia cards ever produced featuring a red swatch from a jersey Jordan wore during the 1992-93 season. The card also includes Jordan’s beautiful blue script signature and is hand-numbered to “19/23.” In the 1998-99 season, Upper Deck included these rare Game Jersey Autographs in a limited capacity in several of its products, including the 1998 NBA Upper Deck Michael Jordan – Living Legend release.
Upper Deck’s statement on the back guarantees the authenticity of the autograph and jersey, and serves as Upper Deck’s COA. This card of the legendary Michael Jordan is spectacular and would be the cornerstone of any collection. Mint Condition.
