Jimmy Rollins has been the Philadelphia Phillies starting shortstop since the 2001 season, and won the 2007 National League Most Valuable Player award. Rollins wore this jersey during the May 19, 2011 home game versus the Colorado Rockies. The white pinstripe button down jersey has “PHILLIES” scripted across the chest, while the lower front tail has the “Majestic size 46” tag with the affixed MLB hologram, cert number FJ648475. The reverse has his name “ROLLINS” across the back with his number “11” below. The number also appears on the left shoulder, and the black patch with the letter “B” is on the left front shoulder in memoriam for Alexander and John Buck, two Phillies minority owners. The jersey exhibits tremendous use with Citizens Bank Park infield clay across the front and shoulder, and what appears to be small blood stains. It doesn’t get more “game used” than blood stains. MLB Authenticated, cert number FJ648475.
