Larry Nance, a three-time NBA All-Star who holds the distinct honor if being the league’s first slam dunk contest winner, put together a productive 13-year career with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Phoenix Suns. This rare, signed Clemson jersey from Nance’s personal collection comes from the forward’s collegiate playing days with the Tigers from 1977-81. The white jersey features Nance’s signature with “Game Used” also inscribed in bold, black Sharpie on the pressed number “22” on the back of item. “NANCE” is stitched in orange on navy blue tackle twill across the back of the jersey, while “CLEMSON” and Nance’s “22” appears on the front of the jersey pressed in orange with navy blue bordering. The front tail of the jersey features a “Medalist Sand-Knit” manufacturer’s tag with size 42 indicated. The jersey shows evidence of game use and comes with a signed letter by Nance and an LOA from noted jersey expert Dave Miedema.
