A Gold Medal winner at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Sugar Ray Leonard went on to have one of the most distinguished careers in boxing history winning championships in five different weight classes, fighting epic battles with Thomas Hearns, Roberto Duran and Marvin Hagler during a golden age for the welterweight and middleweight divisions. One of the most popular boxers outside of the ring as well, working as a boxing analyst for all of the major television networks and product endorser, Leonard has enjoyed a lucrative post-fighting career and as an actor, motivational speaker and was even a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. This thick black padded WBA ornamental belt with ruby red trim is adorned with some heavy metallic gold and beaded bling and contains a WBA coat of arms type logo in its center display. The belt is signed by Leonard in bright silver Sharpie on the left hip flap with an H O F 97 inscription on the right and comes with PSA/DNA certification sticker #5A17983.
