Encapsulated and graded 7.5 with “Off White to White Pages” by CGC. This comic book started the Silver Age by introducing a new version of the Fastest Man Alive: Barry Allen. Allen is a forensic scientist who discovers he can move at super-speed after a lightning bolt douses him with chemicals. For good measure, “Showcase” #4 is also the first appearance of the love of Barry’s life, Iris West, and features art by iconic Flash artist Carmine Infantino and the legendary Joe Kubert. It’s historic not just for its cover star but for comics as a whole and should always be in high demand. According to CGC’s census report, only 20 copies have achieved a higher grade, making this specimen all the more desirable and rare.

1956 D.C. Comics "Showcase" #4 - Origin and 1st Appearance of The Silver Age Flash (Barry Allen) - 1st Appearance of Iris West - CGC 7.5
