Among all of the various "chase" card productions conceived by trading card publishers during the 1990s, "Jambalaya" is one of the industry's favorites ... and Kobe Bryant is one of the series' most sought-after subjects. It can be cogently argued that collectible cards have come into their own as a distinct, free-standing art form, and the Kobe memento offered here presents as a brilliantly executed representative of the genre.
