After his great 1961 season, Maris helped the Yankees beat the Cincinnati Reds in five games. This vintage 7” x 10” vintage wire photo features Maris before Game 1 of that series holding the bat which “accounted for 61 home runs”. Maris hit a winning home run in the third game that series. Tremendous condition with a light paper clip mark along left edge.
