Both athletic icons in New York for their respective dominance in different forms of football, Pele and Joe Namath were living large in the 1970s. This signed 16x20-inch black-and-white photo by Ron Galella shows Namath, the New York Jets star quarterback, holding a soccer ball and Pele clutching an American football at a Fabrege promotional event at Hofstra University in 1975 --- Pele’s first year with the New York Cosmos. Namath and Pele’s signatures both appear prominently in bold, blue Sharpie on the unique photo of the smiling duo. The signed photograph is PSA/DNA certified with number “5A95062.”
