Joe Frazier was one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all time, the unanimous Heavyweight champion for several years and his contests with Muhammad Ali are legendary. This blue and red velvet, calf length robe was worn by Frazier early in his career, and was given by Frazier directly to notable boxing collector Duke Hott. There are several moth holes and general overall wear, but still presents very nicely. The name “Smokin Joe” is stitched to the back. LOA from noted vintage boxing memorabilia Craig Hamilton of JO Sports, Inc. Tremendous early Frazier robe.
