Major League Baseball has found its next face of the game in Mike Trout, a premier five-tool talent who was named the 2012 American League Rookie of the Year and AL MVP runner-up each of the last two seasons. If the Angels outfielder keeps putting up numbers like he did in 2013 --- 109 runs, 27 home runs and 97 RBI --- it won’t be long before he wins the MVP. These signed, black Nike Huarache game used cleats were worn by Trout during his Rookie of the Year campaign that saw the outfielder hit 30 homers and swipe 49 bags in just 139 games. Trout’s signature appears in bold, blue Sharpie on both cleats across the white toe plate with the inscription “12 GU.” The size 11.5 cleats both have “27,” Trout’s number, written in black marker on the heels and show signs of moderate game use, including dirt trapped on the bottom of the shoes. A black Velcro strap with “HUARACHE” written in white rests across the top of the foot, while a Huarache logo is etched on the heel of the cleats. Both signed cleats come with PSA/DNA COAs along with a signed LOA by Trout from Anderson Authentics.
