Graded GEM MT 10 by PSA. According to the PSA population report, only three cards submitted for grading have achieved the Gem Mint certification and none have been graded higher. The Cincinnati Reds pitcher was a relatively unknown player, Jay’s card #233 is a valuable addition to the master set collector of the 1961 Topps set. Gem Mint condition.
