Hall of Fame manager Tommy Lasorda guided the Los Angeles Dodgers to four World Series appearances in 1977, 1978, 1981 and 1988, winning two World Championships in his 20-year reign as manager. Offered here are two jerseys worn by Lasorda. The first jersey is a road gray button-down size 48 Russell Athletic model that has “Dodgers” and a paraph sewn on across the chest in blue and white tackle twill. Lasorda’s number “2” is sewn on in red on the front and in blue and white tackle twill on the back. “LASORDA” is sewn on the back in blue and white tackle twill and the Russell tag is sewn on the inside back center tail. Lasorda has signed his name in silver marker on the “2” on back and inscribed “H.O.F 97”. This jersey comes with a LOA from 100% Authentic for the game and a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (A52498) for the signature.
The second jersey is a blue batting practice/warmup jersey worn post-managerial. This Majestic Cool Base jersey has “Dodgers” and a paraph sewn on in white tackle twill across the chest. Lasorda’s number “2” is sewn on in red on the front and in white tackle twill on the back. “LASORDA” is sewn on the back in white tackle twill. The sides have a white lining and the MLB Logo patch is sewn on the outside back collar. Lasorda has signed his name in blue marker on the “2” on back and inscribed “H.O.F 97”.
