Willie Randolph was a standout player for the New York Yankees. A member of the 1977 and 1978 World Series-winning teams, Randolph was a steady presence at second base and at the plate. Randolph finished his career with 2,210 hits. Following his playing career that ended after the 1992 season, Randolph joined the coaching ranks and re-joined the Yankees in 1994. Randolph spent his 11th season as a coach in 2004 and was one of the coaches during the 2004 All-Star Game.

Offered here are three jerseys worn by Randolph during the 2004 All-Star Game in Houston and the regular season. The first jersey is a Russell Athletic size 46 button-down Yankees’ road gray jersey that features “NEW YORK” sewn on across the chest in navy and white tackle twill. The Russell Athletic tag is sewn on the bottom front left tail with a “46 100% POLYESTER” and “+2” EXTRA LENGTH” flags. The back of the jersey has Randolph’s number “30” sewn on in navy and white tackle twill and the right sleeve has the “2004 ALL STAR GAME” patch. Randolph has signed his name in silver marker on the top of the “0” and inscribed vertically on the sides of the number “2004 - All-Star Game” and “Game Used”.

The second jersey is the American League black button-down batting practice/warmup jersey. “AMERICAN” is sewn on in gold and red tackle twill. The Majestic tag is screen-printed on the bottom front left tail with a size “46” flag sewn on seam. The sleeves have vertical stripes with red, gold and silver. The left sleeve has the 2004 All-Star Game logo patch and the right sleeve has the Yankees’ logo patch. The back of this jersey has “RANDOLPH” sewn on in gold tackle twill and “30” sewn on in gold and red tackle twill. Randolph has signed his name in black marker on the top of the “0” and inscribed vertically on the left side “2004 - All-Star Game” and “Workout Jersey” on the right.

The final jersey is a regular season home white with pinstripes button-down Yankees’ jersey. The interlocking “NY” is sewn on the upper left chest in navy tackle twill. The Russell Athletic and “2004” tags are sewn on the bottom front left tail, with a “+2” ENTRA LENGTH” flag attached. The back of the jersey has Randolph’s number “30” sewn on in navy tackle twill. Randolph has signed his name in silver marker on top of the “0” and inscribed “Game Used 2004” on the bottom of the “0”. These game worn jerseys derive from the Willie Randolph Collection and comes with a signed LOA from Willie Randolph.
