Presented here is a collection of four New York Mets game used jackets from various eras. The first jacket is blue, with a Mets logo sewn on the left chest. The interior lining is orange, and a Mets logo is sewn on the left sleeve. The second jacket is also blue with a Mets logo sewn on the left chest. An Aladen size “42” tag is sewn on the back inside collar. A Mets skyline logo is sewn on the left sleeve. The third jacket is a blue satin Mets Starter Jacket. “Mets” is sewn across the chest in orange and white tackle twill and a Mets skyline logo is sewn on the right sleeve. A Starter tag on the inside of the jacket has a “5” handwritten in black marker. John Olerud was the prominent Mets number “5” of this jacket’s era. A Starter tag with a size “XL” flag is sewn on the back inside collar. The final jacket is a black two-button pullover. A Mets logo is sewn on the chest and the number “46” is sewn on the left sleeve in blue, white, and orange tackle twill. A Starter size “XL” tag is sewn on the back inside collar. “METS” is sewn across the back of the jacket in blue and orange tackle twill. This lot comes with a LOA from game use expert Dave Miedema.
