Offered here are a collection of game used hats from former New York Mets players including Edgardo Alfonzo, Rey Ordonez, Roger Cedeno and John Olerud. All of the hats were made by New Era. Alfonso’s cap is all black with the interlocking “NY” embroidered on the front in blue, white and orange tackle twill. The 2000 World Series logo patch is sewn on the left side and the MLB logo patch is sewn on the back. The gray underside brim has “Eduardo”, “Daniel” and “Todo lo Posdo EN Cristo que me fortadete” handwritten in black marker which translates into English “Everything I Possess in Christ that strengthens me”. This hat displays solid game use.

The next cap is a Rey Ordonez all blue cap with the “NY” embroidered on the front in orange stitching. Ordonez’ number “10” is handwritten in black marker on the gray underside brim and the MLB logo is embroidered on the back. This hat displays excellent game use. The third cap was used by Roger Cedeno. Cedeno’s cap has a black crown and blue brim. The interlocking “NY” is embroidered on the front in blue and orange stitching. Cedeno’s number “19” is handwritten in black marker on the inside crown. This had displays excellent game use. The final cap is an all-black cap worn by John Olerud. This cap has the interlocking “NY” embroidered on the front in blue, white and orange stitching and the MLB logo patch embroidered on the back. The Mets’ skyline logo patch is sewn on the left side and Olerud’s number “5” is handwritten on the inside crown in black marker. This cap displays light use.
