Offered here are five baseballs celebrating the 2009 World Series Champion New York Yankees. Four of the baseballs have been single signed by members of that 2009 squad and one baseball is multi-signed by members of the 2009 team. The first ball has been signed on the sweet spot in blue pen by Hideki Matsui on an Official American League Gene A. Budig baseball. The second ball has been signed by Hall of Famer Derek Jeter on the sweet spot of this Official Major League Allan H. Selig stamped ball. The third ball was signed by C.C. Sabathia in blue pen across the sweet spot of an OML Selig stamped ball. The fourth ball was signed by Joba Chamberlain on the sweet spot of an OML Selig stamped ball.

The final ball in this lot is an OML Selig ball that was signed by 25 members of the 2009 World Series champions. All of the signatures have been penned in black and include Hall of Famers Derek Jeter and Mariano Rivera, manager Joe Girardi (sweet spot), Mark Teixeira, Johnny Damon, Brett Gardner, Jose Veras, Brian Bruney, Ramiro Pena, Mike Kelleher, Rob Thomson, David Robertson, Eric Hinske and others.
