Presented is a Mickey Mantle signature on an Official American League Bobby Brown baseball. Inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1974, Mantle is one of the game’s greatest sluggers, as well as the greatest switch-hitter in history. Mantle played his entire Major League Baseball career (1951-1968) with the Yankees as a center fielder and first baseman. The 20-time All-Star had a .298 career batting average, with 2,415 hits, 536 home runs, and 1,509 RBI. Mantle was the American League MVP three times, appeared in 12 World Series and won seven championships. He holds the World Series records for most home runs (18), RBIs (40), extra-base hits (26), runs 42), walks (43) and total bases (123).
