Ebbets Field was one of the true cathedrals of baseball, a concrete and steel church located in the heart of Brooklyn. The home of players like Jackie Robinson, Duke Snider, and Zack Wheat, Ebbets Field saw over four decades of incredible baseball. In 1955, just several seasons before the Dodgers packed up and moved west, the team won their only World Series title in Brooklyn against the hated Yankees. This seat is made of blue wood and metal, and is mounted on an unassuming wooden stand. The number “7” is painted in white on the top slat, while a plaque that reads “Ebbets Field Stadium Seat” is mounted on the middle slat. This seat is in excellent condition.
