Before Randy Moss terrorized NFL defensive backs with his circus grabs and unholy combination of size and speed, he was a fresh-faced teenager playing multiple sports for DuPont High School in Kanawha County, West Virginia. Moss excelled on the hardwood, winning two West Virginia Player of the Year Awards and the 1994-95 Gatorade High School Basketball Player of the Year award for West Virginia, winning the trophy one year after his teammate, and future NBA star, Jason Williams claimed the honor. During their time as teammates, Williams would feed Moss constantly, a steady stream of behind the back passes and mystical sleight of hand that transitioned seamlessly to thunderous Moss dunks. Although DuPont High School has long since been consolidated and shuttered, Moss’ legend still permeates every corner of his hometown of Rand, West Virginia.

This jersey is blue, with “DUPONT” printed on the chest in yellow and white, and “40” printed on the front and back in the same colors. A size “L” Sports Belle Inc. tag is sewn on the back inside collar of the jersey, and the sleeve and collar openings are ringed in a maize, white, and blue band.
