Offered is a Tom Brady and Drew Bledsoe dual-signed Bledsoe New England Patriots royal blue game jersey signed by both quarterbacks, in a framed display including two action photos of the QBs and a ticket from Super Bowl XXXVI. Bledsoe has signed his name in black marker on the white and red numeral “1” at the left while Brady has signed his name in black marker on the numeral “1” at the right on the back of the Bledsoe jersey, which features the former New England QB’s last name in white letters. Below the jersey to the left is a 6 x 8-inch color action photo of Bledsoe, while to the right is a 6 x 8-inch color photo of Brady with his arms upraised in victory after Super Bowl XXXVI. In the center is a ticket for the February 5, 2002 game at the Superdome in New Orleans. Below the jersey, photos and ticket is a 3 x 13-inch red, white and blue painted plaque with the legend “Drew Bledsoe Tom Brady New England Patriots”. The jersey, photos, ticket and plaque are mounted on a gray matte and displayed in a 3 x 34 x 42-inch black wood and glass shadowbox. The Patriots upset the St. Louis Rams, 20-17 in Super Bowl XXXVI thanks in no small part to first-time Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady. The Patriots, coached by Bill Belichick, lost their first two games of the 2001 season, and in their second loss at home to the New York Jets,  Bledsoe, the starting QB, suffered a sheared blood vessel on a hit by Jets linebacker Mo Lewis that caused him to miss several weeks. His replacement was Brady, the second-year quarterback who was a sixth-round draft pick and had thrown only three passes in 2000. The rest, as they say, is history.
