The signatures on this helmet include the Hall of Famer Art Monk, Ron Saul, Roy Jefferson, Ron McDole, Dexter Manley, Don Warren, Rich Milot, Brian Mitchell, Mike Bass, Pat Fischer, Norm Snead, Joe Washington, Ricky Sanders, George Starke, and Mike Nelms. The signatures have been written in gold marker, and many include inscriptions from the Washington players. This helmet is accompanied by a Tristar hologram (7152209) and a LOA from JSA (Z65968).
