The all-time great center Wilt Chamberlain has signed this yellow Los Angeles Lakers home jersey. “Wilt the Stilt” joined the Lakers in 1968-69, and the former Warriors and 76ers star would play the final five seasons of his career in Los Angeles. Chamberlain averaged 17.7 points and 19.2 rebounds per game with the Lakers, and despite playing the twilight of his career in the Western Conference, never averaged fewer than 42.1 minutes per game in Forum blue and gold. Chamberlain, who was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1979, has signed the “1” digit on the back of this size “48” jersey in black marker. “The Big Dipper” added an inscription of “13” to his signature.
