Offered here is a beautifully framed tribute to the Top 50 basketball players (up until 1996), in the form of individually front-signed trading cards. The trading cards are displayed in a 60 x 46-inch framed piece. The signatures include (Top Row) Jerry Lucas, George Gervin (who inscribed “Ice”), Walt Frazier, Dave DeBusschere, Billy Cunningham, Dave Bing, Rick Barry, Nate Archibald, Lenny Wilkens and Hal Greer. The second row has Oscar Robertson, Bob Pettit, Earl Monroe, Hakeem Olajuwon, Pete Maravich, Carl Malone (who inscribed “32”), John Stockton, Dolph Schayes, Moses Malone and Wes Unseld. The third row has Clyde Drexler, Isiah Thomas, Patrick Ewing, Julius Erving, Paul Arizin and Willis Reed. The fourth row has Nate Thurmond, Jerry West, Michael Jordan, Bob Cousy, Bill Sharman and Elvin Hayes. The fifth row has Shaquille O’Neal (who inscribed “34”), George Mikan, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Wilt Chamberlain, Bill Russell (inscribed 225/500), Larry Bird, Robert Parish, Kevin McHale and John Havlicek. The bottom row has David Robinson (Inscribed “50”), Scottie Pippen, James Worthy, Elgin Baylor, Bill Walton, Dave Cowens, Sam Jones (inscribed “HOF 83 NBA 50”) and Charles Barkley. A placard mounted at the piece's bottom center states: "NBA Top 50 at 50 / 1946 - 1996" and a group photograph of the NBA 50 Greats with the “NBA 50” logo and their custom jackets is centered on this piece. This item comes with a LOA from Beckett Authentication (A25639). Please note that the Pistol Pete Maravich signature could not be authenticated by Beckett.
