Among more than two hundred copies recorded in PSA’s census reporting, just nine examples have been placed at a higher, unqualified tier. The "Bat On Shoulder" pose of Ty Cobb is one of the most subtly colorful and visually pleasing of all the designs included in the famed T206 set, and the depiction artfully showcases the great player's unmistakable intensity. An attractive piece, this item exhibits balanced, inoffensive corner wear. Excellent condition.
