Even at the end of his career, Ty Cobb showed the same magnificent skill at the plate as he did as a young man. During the years 1921 to 1925 from which this bat dates, the Georgia Peach, aged 34-38, hit a combined .362! As you would expect from a Ty Cobb bat, this example shows great use and has a repaired handle crack. The barrel displays many ball marks and abrasions along with bat rack paint streaks and cleat imprints throughout. A real Cobb gamer that looks every inch like the war club used by the game’s most feared hitter. This bat comes with LOA from MEARS (306852) for the game use.
