Offered here is a Babe Ruth Hillerich & Bradsby 40BR retail model bat that comes directly from the collection of Hall of Famer Bobby Doerr. Doerr spent all 14 years of his career with the Boston Red Sox, missing only the 1945 season due to his military service in World War II. Doerr was a nine-time all-star and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1986. This retail model bat dates between 1925 through 1930 and displays heavy use. This bat is un-cracked, weighs 39.9 ounces and is 35 inches long. This item comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13695) for the use and a LOA from the family of Bobby Doerr.
