Originally a Pittsburgh Pirate star, KiKi Cuyler's big bat propelled the Cubs to the 1932 pennant. The veteran outfielder hit .300 for Chicago during the two summers he used this bat and put the finish touches on a career that would see him elected to Cooperstown in 1968. The Hillerich & Bradsby bat is un-cracked and displays excellent use. Several ball marks with stitch impressions can be seen on its barrel. Although there is no model number stamped into the knob, factory records show that bats with the 1932-1933 period label were made for Cuyler in a model called "His 6-4-24". Cuyler ordered this model exclusively from 1924 through his retirement in 1938 and this model was later assigned the model number C115 in 1941. About as good a pre-war Hall of Fame gamer as you can get. Letter of Authenticity (1B11065) from PSA/DNA who have graded this bat a GU 8.
