Encapsulated and graded 5.5 with “Cream to Off-White Pages” by CGC. Offered here is a copy of “All Star Comics” #8 published by D.C. Comics in December 1941/January 1942, featuring the debut of Wonder Woman. The Gardner Fox and William Marston story lays out the origin of Wonder Woman and features Starman and Doctor Mid-Nite joining the JSA. At the same time, Green Lantern becomes an honorary member. Wonder Woman has enjoyed popularity ever since her introduction, serving as a member of The Justice League and featuring in her own comic. Everett E. Hibbard illustrated the cover and the interior. According to CGC’s census report, only 21 copies have achieved a higher grade, making this issue featuring the debut of Princess Diana of Themyscira into the D.C. universe all the more desirable and rare.
