The 1947 New York Yankees won their 15th American League pennant with a regular-season record of 97-57 before beating the Brooklyn Dodgers in seven games for the World Series crown. A total of 28 members of that Yankee team signed this official Reach American League William Harridge Baseball with a blue ballpoint pen including Hall of Famers Joe Medwick ( who was with the team from spring training until April 29) and Joe DiMaggio across the Sweet Spot. Other notable signatures include HOFers Yogi Berra and Phil Rizzuto. Also includes Raschi, Reynolds, Henrich, Stirnweiss, Chandler and more. DiMaggio’s signature shows some fading.
