A seven-time All-Star for the Boston Red Sox, Dom DiMaggio finished his career with an excellent .298 batting average. His best season came in 1950, when he led the American League in runs, triples, and stolen bases to go with a .328 batting average. Dom’s 1950-51 era Hillerich & Bradsby O1 model bat shows excellent use with a crack on the back handle that has been repaired with two clubhouse nails. Several ball marks are visible on the barrel and the handle has a light coat of pine tar. The model number “O1” has been stamped into the knob. The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15042) for the game use and has been graded a solid GU 8.
