The 1950 MLB season saw noted Pittsburgh Pirates slugger Ralph Kiner continue his trend of dominance of the National League, batting .272 with an NL-leading 47 home runs and 118 RBI. Kiner was amid the prime of his career, earning his third consecutive All-Star selection while leading the NL in home runs for the fifth consecutive season. These presented 14 Karat gold pendant earrings were given to Kiner in 1950 and feature a gold pendant that shows a baseball as the stud with two crossed bats and “PIRATES” labeled in black on a gold plate. The clasps of the earrings are intact, and the earrings themselves are in fantastic condition and come with an LOA from Kimberly Kiner, the daughter of the late Ralph Kiner.
