Graded VG-EX 4 by SGC. Hall of Famer, in his first Topps gum card appearance. The offered depiction of Red Wings superstar Gordie Howe represents his first U.S.-distributed card portrayal. This card left the factory as a beautifully designed showpiece, and the path of its circulation hasn't diminished the piece's bright colors or visually gratifying properties, in general. The "in-action" depiction's artistry remains delightful in its appearance and impact, and moderate wear to the unforgiving bottom-edge corners is inoffensive. The card's back reflects routine age-toning. Extremely pleasing Very Good to Excellent condition.
