Featured is a bunting from the 1960 World Series. This series pitted the Pittsburgh Pirates against the New York Yankees in a back and forth battle that saw the series reach all seven games. Despite having several future MVP’s/ HOF’s such as Yogi Berra, Mickey Mantle, and Roger Maris, the Yankees would ultimately succumb to the resilient Pirates in the final game with a walk-off home run in the ninth-inning by Bill Mazeroski. It was the first title for the Pirates since 1925. This featured bunting was from that legendary series. It measures 6 x 9 feet and is in good condition. The bunting’s colors red, white and blue show a slight fade, due to age, and several light stains throughout. The bunting is fully intact however, and is a good baseball collectable.
